my name is luz victoria, i’m a first year princeton student, i’m from socal, and i’m so excited to be a part of this sculpting class! i have done other types of art before, primarily drawing and painting, but sculpting has never been something that was accessible to me. i am really enjoying the class so far!

i made a box! it was a little ugly but then i sanded it and now its cute : )
a homework assignment from a few weeks ago. we were assigned to sit in one location and write down our observations. i sat in my backyard.
my final project 1! the wire was difficult to work with, but i am proud of my decision to use yarn in the final draft. i am happy with the results :) i just don’t know what to do with it now.
this is an earring of a mujer zapatista and it is the object that i chose to base myself off of for project 1
